Hi Everybody,

I wanted to mention again my two upcoming February shows, and also to mention the format for these two shows.

While I know some people would enjoy hearing me play nylon-stringed guitar all day, and some people would enjoy hearing Steven Paul play electric blues guitar all day, and some subset of the joining of those two groups would accept any mix of these two musical options... ...it has come up again and again that still other people would really strongly prefer to only hear one or the other, but not both, in the span of one show. (Hey man, don't be dippin' your chocolate in my peanut butter! Rat bastard!!)

While this disappoints me, I have heard the complaint -- again -- and I am now doing something about it.

From here forward, Steven and I are going to be making more of a distinction between our solo shows and our Crossfire shows.

This Thursday's show -- Feb. 7th -- at Neena's, will feature me on nylon-stringed guitar for the duration of my set.

Next Thursday's show -- Feb. 14th -- at Coffee Works, will feature Steven Paul and myself as CROSSFIRE, playing primarily blues and rock, with little to no nylon-stringed guitar playing, and, above all, no broadway vocals (except maybe on "Her Song"... you have been forewarned...). Like any partnership, CROSSFIRE will likely continue to evolve, and I'll keep you posted.

For now, choose your show(s) accordingly :-)
